rxranking.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Leadcap Digital AB, a company registered in Sweden (org.nr 556948-2747), registered office at Råsundavägen 71, 169 57 Solna, Sweden ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Nature of the Service — We Are Not a Healthcare Provider

11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, with the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance — except where mandatory consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
