1. Who We Are
rxranking.com (the "Site") is operated by Leadcap Digital AB, a company registered in Sweden (org.nr 556948-2747), with its registered office at Råsundavägen 71, 169 57 Solna, Sweden ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the Site.

2. What This Site Does
The Site is an independent advertising and comparison platform. We publish editorial comparisons of third-party telehealth and wellness providers and receive advertising compensation from some of the companies featured (see our Terms of Use and About & How We Rank pages). We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or telehealth service, and we do not sell any products.
3. Personal Data We Collect
You can browse the Site without creating an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, or any health information.
Collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, approximate location (city/country), browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps.
- Cookie and advertising identifiers: identifiers set by the analytics and advertising services described in Section 4, including advertising click IDs (such as Google's gclid or Meta's fbclid) present in the URL when you arrive from an advertisement.
A note on sensitive inferences
We do not collect health records or medical information. However, because the Site covers health-related topics, the fact that you visited a particular page (for example, a weight-loss comparison) could be treated as an inference about your interests. We do not use such inferences for any purpose other than the measurement and advertising activities described below, and we encourage you to use the opt-out choices in Section 8 if you prefer that this information not be shared with advertising platforms.
4. Cookies and Third-Party Tools
We use the following categories of tools, which may set cookies or use similar technologies:

5. How We Use Personal Data

- To measure traffic and understand which content is useful;
- To measure and optimize our advertising campaigns;
- To receive attribution (and compensation) from partners when you click through to their sites;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
6. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Visitors)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for Site operation, security, and audience measurement; and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where required for advertising cookies and similar technologies. You may withdraw consent or object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by using the controls in Section 8 or contacting us.
7. Sharing and International Transfers
We share personal data with the service providers listed in Section 4, with professional advisers where necessary, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data for money. However, the use of advertising cookies and pixels may constitute "sharing" or a "sale" as defined by certain US state privacy laws — Section 8 explains how to opt out.
Because we are based in Sweden and use US-based service providers (Google, Meta), personal data may be transferred between the EEA and the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
8. Your Choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can opt out of advertising-related processing at any time:
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor GPC browser signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing where legally required.
- Email request: send "Opt out" to privacy@rxranking.com and we will apply the opt-out to data under our control.
- Google: Google Ads Settings and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Meta: Meta Ad Preferences.
- Industry tools: DAA WebChoices and NAI opt-out.
- Browser controls: block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
9. Your Rights
If you are in the EEA or UK
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
If you are a resident of California or another US state with a privacy law
Depending on your state (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in Section 3 and disclosed them to the categories of recipients described in Sections 4 and 7; we do not knowingly "sell" or "share" personal information other than through the advertising technologies described above.
To exercise any right, email privacy@rxranking.com. We will verify your request using the information you provide and respond within the legally required timeframe. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
10. Data Retention
We retain server logs and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically no longer than 26 months for analytics data — unless a longer period is required by law.
11. Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
