Our mission is simple: telehealth has made prescription treatments dramatically more accessible, but comparing providers — on price, medical oversight, medication options, and service quality — is confusing. We do that research and present it in one place, so you can shortlist providers in minutes instead of hours.

How We Rank Providers
Our editorial team evaluates telehealth providers in each category against a consistent set of criteria:
- Pricing & transparency: the true all-in cost, what is included at the advertised price, hidden fees, and cancellation ease.
- Medical oversight & safety: licensed clinicians, proper intake screening, sourcing from licensed or accredited pharmacies, and ongoing care such as dose management and follow-ups.
- Treatment options: the breadth of medications and formats offered, including branded and compounded alternatives where legally available.
- Service quality: delivery speed, support responsiveness, platform experience, and verified customer feedback.
Scores shown on the Site (for example, "9.8 — Excellent") summarize our overall editorial assessment across these criteria. They are opinions, not certifications or guarantees, and they are refreshed periodically — each comparison page shows its "Last updated" date.
How We Make Money
